RETURNS
You can send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after having informed us that you wish to return your item(s). All direct costs in connection with the return shipment are at your own expense. You are responsible for the item(s) from the time of delivery.

Remember to enclose a copy of the invoice and a note stating what you would like us to do:

·         Exchange for the same item(s) in a different size or exchange for other items (in that case, please state the desired size)

·         Refund your purchase – we will refund the money directly to your credit card

 

Items must be returned in the same condition as you received them. You can unwrap the item and try it on, as long as you can return it in the same condition. If you receive more than one shirt at the same time, we recommend that you only unwrap and try on one shirt and then, if it does not fit, return them all. The right of cancellation lapses if you use the item in a manner that obviously reduces its sales value.

The right of return does not apply to profile clothing with, e.g., embroidered logos made according to the instructions and agreement.

CONDITION OF THE ITEM UPON RETURN
You are only liable for any reduction of the item’s value caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functionality of the item. In other words, you can try the item on in the same way you would in a store, but you cannot actually use it.

If the item has been worn beyond what is described above, we consider the item used, which means that you will receive only part of or none of the purchase amount upon return, depending on the commercial value of the item.

When purchasing shirts, the original packaging may constitute a significant part of the item value. You should therefore always include the packaging in the return shipment, to ensure you meet the conditions for cancellation.
