Orders
Orders received before 12.00 noon on any given working day will be packed and dispatched the same day. All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT as well as any other Danish taxes, customs duties etc. Your parcel will be accompanied by a tracking number (Track&Trace) enabling you to track the parcel at all times. 

PAYMENT
When credit cards are used as payment method, payment takes place on invoice date. Seven Seas Copenhagen A/S accepts the following credit cards:

  • Dankort

  • VISA

  • JCB

  • Mastercard

  • Diners

  • American

  • Express

We do not charge any additional fees when payment takes place at www.sevenseas.dk.

The invoice amount will be deducted from your bank account when the items are shipped from www.sevenseas.dk

It is only possible to deduct the exact amount from your bank account that you have initially agreed to when you approved the purchase. It is only possible to invoice you the exact amount that you have initially agreed upon and which is stated in the order confirmation. 

DELIVERY
You can choose to have your parcel delivered either to your private address or your workplace with GLS. Seven Seas only delivers to EU countries.

The delivery time is normally 1-2 working days for deliveries in Denmark and 2-4 working days for deliveries to the other EU countries.

SECURITY
The DIBS Payment System, which we use at Seven Seas, meets all relevant security requirements and has been approved and certified by Nets. All communication between the DIBS Payment System and the cardholder takes place via an encrypted SSL connection.
This ensures that no unauthorised persons can see the data exchanged. In addition, data sent between the DIBS Payment System and Nets' payment server are encrypted.

The webshop does not have access to the card number you enter upon payment and can only withdraw the amount approved by you – or less. The entered card number will not be saved anywhere following the transaction.

If you use a payment card, you are always protected against misuse as you will have the opportunity to reject a payment when you receive your payment summary. No deductible applies if your card has been misused in a webshop that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. You are thus better protected than in the physical world, where a deductible of DKK 1,200 applies if your Dankort is misused by  use of the PIN code.

Nets has set up strict ethical and security requirements that webshops must meet to be allowed to receive card payments over the Internet.
 

RETURN POLICY

We want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase when shopping at www.sevenseas.dk. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a 14 days' right of withdrawal from the day the items have been delivered. If you choose to cancel the purchase you simply return the goods in the same amount and condition you received them in. You are welcome to unpack an item and try this on for size as long as you return it in new and relatively unused condition. If you receive several shirts in a consignment, we kindly request that you only unpack a single shirt. If this shirt does not fit, please return the entire consignment. Right of withdrawal terminates if an item has been used in such a fashion that it is obvious that the usage remarkably reduces the value of the item. Additionally all original boxes, bags, packaging and literature must be included with the return.
Furthermore all tags must be attached and original packaging must be included with returned items.

Please make sure that the items you wish to return meet these criteria prior to proceeding.

The right of withdrawal can also be put into effect by not accepting the delivery of a consignment. If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, we refund the price of your items. The amount will be transferred to the credit card from which the payment took place. The money transfer will take place as soon as we have received the item in question and approved that it meets the conditions regarding right of withdrawal.

Please enclose a copy of the letter of your order confirmation.
Please notice that we do not accept return shipments by C.O.D. 

NOTICE OF LACK OF CONFORMITY
When shopping at www.sevenseas.dk you have a period of 24 months for giving notice of lack of conformity. This implies that we can repair, exchange, refund, or grant a reduction in price according to the situation at hand. Obviously it is a demand on our behalf that the notice of lack of conformity is justified and that the defect has not occurred due to mistaken usage or otherwise damaging behavior. 

Notice of lack of conformity:

  • You must give notice of lack of conformity within a reasonable period of time. A notice of lack of conformity within 2 months will always be regarded as timely.

  • We refund reasonable shipping costs.

  • If the lack of conformity is justified, we will also pay reasonable shipping costs.

We need the following information when you return an item to us:

When you return the item please enclose as detailed information as possible regarding lack of conformity.
Please notice that we do not accept return shipments by C.O.D.

Please remember always to return an item in a secure package. Furthermore, make sure that you receive a receipt for the dispatch. We refund reasonable costs regarding your dispatch if your complaint is justified.

How we handle your personal data:
In order to enter into an agreement with www.sevenseas.dk, we need the following information:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • We only register your personal data in order to dispatch and deliver goods to you.


The personal data is registered at Seven Seas Copenhagen A/S, and hereafter stored for 5 years, whereupon it will be deleted.

When personal information is gathered via our website, we make sure that is always done by your personal consent. In this way we make sure that you know exactly what kind of information we have gathered and why.

The manager and the employees at Seven Seas Copenhagen A/S can access the information which is registered about you.

Seven Seas Copenhagen A/S is responsible for data security.

We do not store encrypt data on customers.
We do not transmit encrypt data on customers.

Information stored at shop.sevenseas.dk will never be passed on or sold to third party business, and we do not store sensitive personal data.

As a registered customer at Seven Seas Copenhagen A/S you have the right to make an objection regarding the registration. You also have the right to gain insight into the nature of the information which is registered about you. These rights are stated in current Danish personal data law. We use log statistics at www.sevenseas.dk which means that a system collects information which can provide statistic images regarding number of visitors/hits, where they come from, and where our visitors leave the website etc.
